Romina is a doctor in Chemistry, with a background in Analytical Chemistry, including analytical methodologies development coupled to separative techniques like as liquid and gas chromatography and capillary electrophoresis; using detectors as mass spectrometry, fluorescence (atomic and molecular) and atomic spectrometry.
Currently, her field of expertise comprises the study about olive oil and its change according agro-climatic conditions and characterization of autochthons olive varietal of Argentina, applying, in some cases, different metabolomics approaches.
At present, she holds a María Zambrano Scholarship at the Department of Analytical Chemistry and a position in CONICET (National Scientific and Technical Research Council - Argentina) as Associate Researcher.
